Dont apply !! They will keep your deposit for stating you falsified information on your application! I applied and was told I would be placed back on the waiting list until my former landlord replied with my rental history with weather or not I owed a balance or got a eviction. Instead of being placed on a waiting list I received a email stating I was denied due to unverified information.. Why would anyone lie on a application and be willing to loose $250 !!??? Olivia who works in the office told me id be placed on a waiting list until further notice but instead denied me and she never received a definite answer from my previous landlord. People work hard for their money and $250 is way too much money to just throw in the trash .. Im so glad this didnt work out in my favor because I can only imagine how horrible it must be to actually rent here if they are stealing money from people who are looking for a place to stay.

As of lately the maintenance man who came to fix my mom's fridge has been on point I believe his name is Todd I hope that's the name of the guy he did a really good job he was there quickly because it was on a Saturday and a Sunday and I appreciate everything he did for my mother or we had to have bought all new food do to the fridge but he even came back today and video chatted me just to make sure everything was good and I appreciate it the only thing I don't like is how some of the office staff does things but I get it it's just I wish there was more communication due to the fact that my dad is in the hospital and I am there taking care of my mom every day it was going to work I leave my kids there when I go to work so she's not alone and then we leave when I get home but I am glad that the property is getting better her new owner

I've delt with New Life Property for over 5 years and I can honestly say they are beyond *** From the maintenance, the people in the office, & the looks of the property, it's all pretty *** they don't keep up with anything, you gotta call maintenance 100 times even for a emergency request. Terrible. I've never wanted to move from somewhere so bad, ever! I lived at two different properties and I will NEVER move anywhere else dealing with New Life Proprities. Every last review I've read it TRUE! don't let them fool you in the office, because they will, thats their JOB! they get paid when you move in.

Yes, So Pest Control came out on August 2 my son was home he under the age of 18th . So paid my rent for October 2019 get an notice still owe. Had called the office of Village of Eden Crossings lady stated still owe $104.00 of water and Pest Control charge when they came to the apartment could not spray since no adult was there. Just now being inform of this. Also have an bathtub the paint coming over on inside of the tubs signed the papers lasted year to have contractors to come still nothing. Never have place to park because be working cars purchased people who do not live there are parking under the carports sex and drugs going. This place a zoo all they care about the Owner of place making sure pay your rent .This company is truly sorry.

Unprofessional poorly managed premises

My heater doesn’t work properly, at 80 degrees still the air isn’t hot enough. I had it running for 48 hours from November 12th 13th and 14th. The Appartment gets so cold that I have to pick hours at work just not to be home during cold season. I am wondering how I can get hold of the cooperate office, the problem has been on since 2017. This company makes me feel like my rent ain’t worth good service. I leave at Fountainview Ct along Lake Club Drive. Sad

Heater not working properly

They only sent a maintenance man to clean the AC vents that’s all. I need a proper working heater it’s cold in my apartment. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

ER vists because no AC

This is the 2nd time the AC has been broken and this time this is there's a heatwave. It's extremely hot. And my mother has had to go to the ER multiply times because of the AC being broken. We have turned in documentation saying we need air. And we keep getting told that they don't have it. Everyone in the office knows me and my mother and that she is sick. We still don't have air. We have talked to the Ohio Attorney General and now the office is not giving us paperwork we request. The head manager seems to stop us every time we try to do something and force there hand to make them fix are air but nothing. With how much money we are spending on meds and the hospital we have to worry about if we can pay all the bills this month just because we have been without air these past 2 weeks. It's over 80 degrees inside. We had to buy a window AC unit just so we can stand to be inside the apartment.

Did nothing about bed bug infestation!!

Just a couple days after getting a unit I realized it had bed bugs. Alot of the bugs were coming out from a little hole in the closet and upper ceiling. So obviously the bed bugs are inside the walls! They wouldn't do anything about it. Wouldn't give me my money back, wouldn't send out a exterminator. The director *** wouldn't even respond to my email about the situation. So they're really just letting these units stay infested with bed bugs?? Wow I couldn't believe it. I had to take them court for this despicable situation. The management is extremely seedy.

Trying to get my deposit back

I still have not received my money back for the holding fee I was told that it was approved last Thursday and it should have been sent out that same day or the following day and as of yesterday I still have not recieved anything. Also my application for an apartment was denied solely on my criminal background which is against the law as of April 2016.

NO AIR CONDITIONING FOR WEEKS

I have been without air conditioning for weeks. Daily phone call, daily emails, visits to the leasing office have all gone unheard. NO ONE should have to pay rent and not have working mechanicals. Things break, ok, but if you can't fix itn within 24-48 hours, find someone who can. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MANAGMENT COMPANY

In March of 2019, my ceiling fell in after my complaints of hearing water pooling. I told them after each heavy rain in 2018 the ceiling is discolored and there's mold. The carpet smelled for a month, they refused/lied about cleaning or replacing it. The people under me make noise and the office does nothing to correct it. The office staff lies, especially the office manager Josh. I waited weeks to get carpet cleaned by their in house person and my room still has a faint odor. The filed an eviction on me but didn't cancel court date, so city granted it. I still have my apartment but that staun on my rental history. If the property management company was revamped, this wouldn't be a bad place to live.

Tenants aren’t Important to keep

Been here 4mnths wouldn’t believe the lies and inconsistency the office worker are...they All reply to any maintenance issue as if it’s a script being taught...they will take your maintenance issue input them in computer.fill out a work order file it..do MAINTENANCE INSPECTION FOR REPAIRS...selective units ...then have the nerve to say when your feed up with phone games WHO TOOK YOUR REPAIR ORDER ITS NOT ON FILE ...new life properties are only worried about the rent your lied to from units being approved,to rent amounts ,water useage This is rental property from *** I can only imagine a year or more here upgrades are counter tops and will cost you an additional $200 on rent SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL

i put $300 or more down for an apartment to be held for me at Eden Cove which is now called ‘The Ridge’ and i never got my apartment so i moved into a different apartment complex ‘Huntington Place’. it’s been almost 3years since i’ve been trying to get my money back. everybody is acting as if they don’t know anything or who to contact, giving me wrong numbers, etc. i just want my money back that i’ve been trying to get in the last 3 years!
