I have contacted the office 3 (the first time was on 11/30) times about an electrical outlet not working, which in turn, is causing the disposal switch to not work. The kitchen sink has also been filling with waste water and I've been unable to use the kitchen sink since then.
As stated in my lease agreement, this is deemed an emergency, yet I'm still told 'they'll get there when they can' here it is a week later and I'm still not about to use the disposal, the outlet, or the kitchen sink. I would like to be contacted by a member of management to get this issue resolved promptly!
The waste water and clogging is causing a horrible smell and is very unsanitary! I don't usually have to call maintenance, but the last time it took 2 months to come out.
